- BOOKING INFORMATION
FOR AIR SHOW DIRECTORS and ORGANIZERS
- Trojan
Phlyers, Inc. is a veteran owned and
operated small business concern that has
been in operation since 1995. Since then the
Trojan Phlyers have appeared in over 100 air
shows and events. We are fully insured by
Cannon Aviation Insurance to include having
Civil Landing Permits (DD2400, 2401, and
2402 forms) on file at the Pentagon. Also,
we are Online Representations and
Certifications Application (ORCA) registered
and welcome payment by Defense Finance and
Accounting Service (DFAS) via Wide Area
Workflow (WAWF).
- For planning
purposes, we require a 20 minute block
during an air show to perform our Level 1
(Surface) routine using a CAT 2 (1000’) show
line. Also, we would want to be included in
any practice schedule before an actual
show.
- The cost for the two-ship
aerobatic routine is $5000 USD or a solo
routine for $2500 USD. All of the prices are
based on a venue that is within 200 nautical
miles of our home airport. Venues outside of
a 200 nautical mile radius of our home
airport will include additional travel costs
depending on the distance.
